A theme based festival, slated to be held at borderlands resort on Friday, the 19th of Jan 2007, Borderland is a truly magical place enveloped in natural Himalayan splendor. Located a mere three hours north of Kathmandu, just around the Tibetan border. Built on beautifully sculpted sprawling terraces alongside the powerful Bhote Koshi River, sits this enchanting hideaway. Borderland is unique and unlike any place you have ever been before. The first big outdoor party of 2007 will feature the following:
5 superstar DJs, 24 hr non stop dance party, Flea market, Night folk market, Folk dances, A serene, never seen b4 décor n ambiance, Extreme adventures incorporated, 40,000 watts of sound, Clowns, maids, fancy dress figures, jugglers, Pyrotechnics performers, Tattoo n piercing, Ayurvedic massage, Delicious food n drinks, Camp fires to cut the wintery chill, Comfortable to n fro transportation, Over 500 clubbers, Games n contests......

@ As an event like this has not happened too often or at all, we are going to be pricing it at a very nominal rate so that everybody gets an opportunity to witness the magic. Henceforth our tickets are priced at:
Rs.1100. per person ( for locals ) 25$ per person ( foreigners )
